Holistic Nutrition

Holistic Nutrition

Holistic nutrition is based on the philosophy that one’s health is expressed through the complex interplay between the physical and chemical, emotional as well as spiritual and environmental aspects of one’s being. Professionals who are trained in holistic nutrition approach health and healing from a whole-person perspective. Education is the primary tool and holistic nutritionists support the building of health by approaching each person as a unique individual. This requires full engagement from a client in their health recovery process and honours their innate wisdom by working in an empowering and cooperative manner.

Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed with a condition, are preparing to start a family, training for an athletic goal, or simply looking to feel your best, working with a holistic nutritionist can help you chart a course to optimal health.
