During the initial consultation, your health goals, medical history, diet, and lifestyle will be assessed. It’s an in-depth intake that will allow for a fully personalized program. This visit is purely information gathering although a few preliminary diet and lifestyle recommendations may be offered at this time. *Please return a completed intake form and 3-day food and symptom journal 48 hours prior to your appointment

Initial consultation (part 2) – 45 mins

Using information gathered in your intake, a personalized program is designed that includes a nourishing meal plan, delicious recipes, lifestyle and natural supplement recommendations. This may also include self-care, movement and breathwork practices. Working together, we devise a plan with specific actions you can take right away to move you towards reaching your goals.

Follow up* – 45 mins

A follow up session is for you if you’re looking for additional guidance and support with a particular aspect of your health or just want to tweak your program to meet your current nutritional needs. We’ll work 1:1 to dive more deeply into the potential root cause or imbalance and I’ll provide detailed actions and daily practices you can apply to tweak your program. This follow up session includes:

  • 1:1 detailed follow up session
  • Additional personalized diet, lifestyle, and natural supplement recommendations
  • Self-care, meditation and movement practice guides
  • Resources and support to dive more deeply into root cause
  • Ongoing email support as needed
