Claire is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Masters of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University.
She has a special interest in orthopaedics and sports injury rehab, using a combination of manual therapy, dry needling and movement re-education to get you pain free and back doing what you love. Claire strives to find the root cause of dysfunction, by assessing whole body movement patterns, biomechanical faults and postures.
Claire enjoys treating a variety of conditions, ages and activity levels, from acute sports injuries to pregnant mamas, and everything in between! She has continued her education through post-graduate training in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual & Manipulative Physiotherapy (Level 3) and has a special interest in the treatment of post-concussion syndrome, running related injuries, pre/post surgical rehab and TMJ disorders. Claire is trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation, and has continued her education through courses in pelvic girdle pain, urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Once a competitive biathlete on a national level, Claire knows the importance of physiotherapy for injury prevention and rehab. When not in the clinic, Claire can be found playing soccer, biking, snowboarding, cross country skiing, trail running and chasing after her toddler.
