Since graduating with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Umea University of Sweden, Lina has gathered over ten years of clinical experience in orthopaedics and pain management with clients ranging from professional athletes to weekend warriors and those suffering with chronic pain.
Throughout her career she has developed a well-balanced treatment approach based on a comprehensive assessment including a detailed analysis of movement and the way your body has
adapted to compensate for current and previous injuries. Treatment tools include various manual therapy techniques, movement re-education, Shockwave Therapy, needling and Clinical Pilates.
Lina loves the process of getting to the root cause of physical challenges and has trained with Dr. Linda Joy-Lee in the ConnectTherapy™ model, which is one of the latest and most comprehensive assessment and treatment models.
Originally from Sweden, she grew up training horses and working in the stables. After moving to Canada in 2012 she swapped horses for bikes and skis and spends most of her free time in the mountains with her partner and daughter.
