Rahel Ulrich
Registered Massage Therapist
RMT
Rahel first pursued Massage Therapy with the aim of finding a career where she could make a personal impact on people’s emotional and physical well-being. She also wanted to deepen her understanding of human anatomy and how the body can heal from past traumas.
In 2017, Rahel graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, gaining new insights into the intrinsic nature and interconnectedness of the human body. She has been excited to use her skills and create her unique style of massage therapy along the way.
Rahel incorporates deep Swedish massage combined with passive and active stretching to most of her treatments. She believes that movement, exercises and stretching are an effective way to address various muscle-skeletal issues. Her massages are described as a harmonious blend of therapeutic and relaxing, with a smooth flow between movements. She combines fascial, Swedish, passive range of motion, and trigger point techniques to provide personalized care. She also places a strong emphasis on home care.
For her gentler relaxation massages, Rahel recognizes the importance of treating the entire body and providing a space for rest. She brings a calming presence and heartfelt effort to every session.
In her free time, Rahel enjoys painting, reading, exploring the outdoors for artistic inspiration, and rock climbing.
