Lauren Billey graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon in 2014.

Since then she’s taken a variety of continuing education courses including courses on Biodynamic Myofascial mobilization, and Anatomy and Yogasana. She incorporates a lot of myofascial, deep tissue, and TPR in her treatments. With a strong yoga background, she also incorporates a lot of yoga poses for home care.

Lauren also has her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with a Hatha background, 300hr Shamanic Yoga Teacher Training, and has her Level 3 Master Reiki certificate. She is looking forward to growing these practices with the LivWell team.
