Isabel grew up in Germany and moved to Canada after High School. She worked in the outdoors as a guide and educator while exploring yoga, meditation, and other healing works. Isabel’s path eventually led her to Osteopathy where she began her studies in 2016. She has recently completed  her diploma at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver (2022).

Isabel loves Osteopathy because it addresses the whole body while offering long-term solutions to digestive issues, postural issues, vitality changes, musculoskeletal pain, concussion symptoms, migraines/headaches, scar treatment, and other physical symptoms when something “feels off”, out of balance, or “feels just not quite right”.

Her practice is based around increasing the health within the body in order to give the body a chance to heal itself. Isabel loves that Osteopathy can achieve sustainable change with regular treatments. She approaches her practice with gentle manipulations and light adjustments – no big cracks here.

She is now settled with her partner and dog in Squamish B.C., after living in Germany and the Yukon Territory.
